StreamX respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this site, you may notify our copyright agent by providing the following information in writing:

Identification of the infringing material: The exact URL(s) on our website where the allegedly infringing material is located.
Your contact information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
Statement of good faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Statement of accuracy: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Physical or electronic signature: The signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

DMCA notices should be sent to: dmca@streamx.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request".

Response Time

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted it. We will process requests in the order they are received, typically within 24 to 72 hours.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification following the same procedure. We will restore the material within 10-14 business days unless we receive notice from the copyright owner that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA.
